Industrial 3D Printing & Engineering Services in West Texas
Manufacturing Capabilities
HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF)

High-strength, end-use nylon parts with fast turnarounds and zero tooling costs.
WT3D is the first and only contract manufacturer in the Texas Panhandle operating an in-house HP MJF 4200. We deliver production-grade, isotropic PA12 nylon parts with uniform strength in all directions—ideal for high-complexity components, short-run production, and rugged engineering applications.
Why Partner with WT3D for MJF Manufacturing?
No Tooling Costs: Eliminate expensive injection molding dies and iterate design revisions instantly.
Complex Geometries: Print intricate internal channels, lattice structures, and consolidated assemblies impossible with traditional manufacturing.
In-House Quality Control: With nearly a decade of experience operating and servicing HP MJF hardware, our team optimizes your CAD models directly for the powder-bed process to guarantee tight tolerances.
Fast Regional Turnaround: Local production means direct communication, zero international freight delays, and faster delivery across Texas and the Southwest.
Fused Filament Fabircation (FFF/FDM)

High-Performance Thermoplastics & Rapid Prototyping for Complex Engineering Needs
For high-performance engineering plastics, rapid functional prototyping, and custom low-volume production, our industrial FFF/FDM capabilities handle demanding thermoplastic applications. Backed by nearly two decades of experience in additive R&D, printing, and machine maintenance, we calibrate custom profiles for complex industrial requirements.
Why Partner with WT3D for MJF Manufacturing?
Advanced & High-Temp Materials: Print in engineering-grade polymers including Carbon-Fiber/Glass-Filled Nylon, PEKK, PPS, Polycarbonate, and standard thermoplastics.
Rapid Prototyping & Iteration: Ideal for single-part functional testing, fit-checks, and fast-turnaround design validations before full production.
Custom Material Matching: Choose specific material formulations tailored to heat resistance, chemical exposure, or mechanical load requirements.

Engineering Consulting
Manufacturing Optimization & Hardware Support
Leverage over two decade of industrial additive experience. We consult on production scalability, material selection, hardware repair, and integrating industrial 3D printing into existing manufacturing workflows.
Rapid Prototyping
Functional Design Validation & Fit Testing
Move quickly from concept to hands-on testing. We produce durable functional prototypes using high-performance polymers and composite materials so you can validate fit, form, and mechanical performance before full production.

Who We Are:
Founded by two Texas Tech graduates, West Texas 3D goal is to bring new manufacturing technology to the south plains serving the Lubbock, Amarillo, Midland/Odessa, Abilene, and San Angelo areas with a focus on unparalleled quality and excellent service. Both founders share an extensive background in a large variety of additive manufacturing technologies with everything from high temp polymers to resins and even several different metal processes. We are currently the only additive manufacturing outfit in West Texas with in house Multi Jet Fusion technology.
